| ST. PETE BEACH RESIDENCE Back to Main Gallery  This St. Pete Beach residence was already under construction when I was approached to help with the interior lighting. As my luck would have it, after finishing the lighting scheme the clients asked me to also help them with many other areas of design. These photos show custom designed pendant lighting fixtures with a custom designed kitchen table below, both manufactured locally. The lighting fixtures needed to be glare-free while keeping the modern, unobtrusive look the client was looking for. The custom stiletto shoe door handle (found in the wife's master walk-in closet) was created after searching for a "shoe" door pull feminine enough for the application. After none were found, I had my local metal worker manufacture them.Other responsibilities included overseeing the design and installation of custom built entities (such as drawer pulls, buffet, closets, etc.), selecting hardware, finishes, colors, problem solving, scheduling and supervising trades, purchasing, installing LED lighting fixtures and more. All in all - a very exciting and varied project! |
